BEGINNER (FUNK FUN DANCE)
Funk is a fusion of many dance style including Jazz, Hip Hop and international flavours like latin. We know working out is good for us, but it can be hard to get inspired to do it!! This class is energetic, fun and designed to get you exercising without feeling like it's a drag. The steps are easy to follow and this class is not at all intimidating, with a fun focus, you'll increase fitness, felxibility, co-ordination, lose weight and have a laugh while you're at it.
Med-High Impact, Easy Steps
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
For the experienced dancer, faster moves, learn a different routine every week.
This class is designed to really focus on commercial styles of dance used for back up dancing, cruise ship employment and cabaret/ corporate shows. This is a great class for dancers above 18, or dancers who feel too old to dance still (never!) and also for those wanting to perfect their skills for performance or auditions.
Come just for a workout or to really train. Like all our classes it's a fun, caring and inspiring environment, never competitive.
