Pivot Studio is available throughout the week for fun, training & performance groups through many styles of dance from Funk, Hip Hop & Jazz to Salsa & Latinfit. Classes are not intimidating & are free to drop in whenever you feel like a workout or just a fun social event. Workshops are also available, so stay tuned for updates!

NEW CLASS - LUNCHTIME MEDITATION with Spirit Guru
Inspired by the inner goddess and inner guru energies residing within the creative team at Pivot Dance Studio Newcastle these lunchtime meditations allow you to create your own sanctuary in the city . Slow down down for just a little and connect with your inner goddess or inner guru. Focussing on a different energy centre each day these gentle stretch and meditation classes allow you to renew, restore and reinvigorate yourself before facing the rest of the days challenges There are 5 meditations focussing on a different energy centre catch them all or choose your favourite.
